18 exciting international start-ups will take the spotlight at Future Food-Tech in London, October 17-18 to showcase their latest technology innovations including cell-based dairy, jackfruit pepperoni, shelf-stable steak, insect-based snacks, digital representation of scents and tastes, and new low-calorie sources of sugar.
