Taste It All at Future Food-Tech London on October 2–3

The countdown is on for Future Food-Tech London on October 2-3, and we’re working with the food industry’s leading innovators to showcase the most dynamic products coming to market on the summit menu.

From Future Food-Tech firsts to exclusive collaborations, the unique and adventurous menu already features 11 international brands across the two days.

Breakfast

Join DANONE, as the team host the first networking break of the summit, and start your day with a selection of the global CPG’s most popular products. Choose from plant-based Alpro yoghurts and milk, absorb the goodness of Activia’s gut health range, or opt for a vitamin-dense Actimel cultured yoghurt shot.

Made in Switzerland, FABAS Plant-Based High-Protein Yoghurt is created through an innovative process that utilises pulses as the main ingredient. The nutritious alternative to traditional yoghurt offers a smooth, satisfying texture that’s perfect for a balanced diet.

OATO creamy and fresh original oat milk hits barista-grade standards. Add it to your morning tea or coffee for a luscious drink that doesn’t split, or choose its chocolate or strawberry flavours. Unlike most oat drinks, which are longlife, Oato is freshly made. Oato creates 10% of the Co2 output of cow’s milk, bottled into glass that is re-used on average 25 times, and the production is powered via solar. Oato is produced in the UK and supports local and national businesses.

For something more filling to start your day, croissants filled with LA VIE plant-based ham are on hand. Try for yourself the vegan ham that’s packed with protein, contains no textural additives, and, above all, is absolutely delicious.

Coffee Breaks

Fancy a change from your usual caffeine boost? SPACEGOODS rainbow dust combines the coffee you love with functional mushrooms & adaptogens to promote focus, energy, calm, immunity and gut health. Great taste, without the jitters, anxiety or crash.

Served alongside VOYAGE FOODS Cocoa-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies. Voyage’s chocolate is a one-to-one replacement for traditional chocolate, offering the same taste, textural and functional properties as traditional chocolate, while emitting less carbon and using less land and water than conventional chocolate. By using raw ingredients, the cocoa-free chocolate helps CPG companies manage price volatility and provides supply chain stability.

Lunch

BLUANA FOODS plant-based sashimi-grade fish fillets will be served as a delicious array of sushi at lunch on day one. Using its patented High Moisture, High Nutrients Injection (HMHNI) technology, the products deliver the authentic taste and texture of traditional sushi without harming the ocean. Made by combining natural and healthy ingredients like moringa and microalgae protein, shiitake mushroom, and kombu with algae extracts, this is a sustainable seafood alternative that is shelf-stable for up to 12 months.

BETTER NATURE Organic Tempeh is packed with protein – deliciously plant-based and naturally supercharged with gut health benefits, double the protein of eggs, and a firm versatile texture.

HONESTLY TASTY was founded in 2018 to prove that mouth-watering plant-based cheese is possible. Its blue cheese is made with real penicillium Roqueforti and matured over several weeks. It’s mould ripened, smooth and creamy, with a distinctive ‘blue cheese’ bite.

Missed out on LA VIE’s plant-based ham croissants at breakfast? The product will be served again as a club sandwich for lunch!

HEURA’s Mediterranean-inspired plant-based meat is made from legumes. Sample the brand’s tender and juicy burgers and versatile chick’n pieces, made from high-quality ingredients which are clean label with high nutrition value.

For dessert, EDME Duomalt Bliss Brownies are on hand to satisfy your sweet tooth. Its Duomalt Dark, a premium cocoa replacer is designed to offer a rich, deep flavour, bringing a unique malty twist. Perfect for those seeking a cost-effective and resilient alternative to traditional cocoa powder, EDME malted barley flours are all sustainably grown, malted, and milled in the UK.

And that’s not all! With many stands offering sampling throughout the busy Exhibition Area and Start-Up Arena, plus hosted networking breaks and interactive breakout discussions, Future Food-Tech is an immersive experience guaranteed to get your tastebuds tingling.
