Dr Lockyer is a Senior Nutrition Scientist at the British Nutrition Foundation, a registered charity that provides impartial, evidence-based information, resources and training on food and nutrition to a variety of audiences. Having joined the organisation in 2015, Stacey carries out a several different types of work as part of her role including performing literature reviews, writing reports and giving talks at conferences and events on a range of topical nutrition issues. Stacey is an Associate Editor for the Foundation’s peer-reviewed journal, Nutrition Bulletin, which is published by Wiley.
