Nadia serves as the Vice President of R&D for Mars Wrigley Europe and Eurasia bringing over 20 years' experience in FMCG. As VP of R&D, she leads Innovation, Q&FS, Scientific & Regulatory Affairs and Sustainability across the Mars Wrigley portfolio. Nadia holds a Bachelor degree in Biomedical Science and a PhD in Food Science and Nutrition. She has lived and worked in Middle East, Asia, Australia, NZ, UK and Europe. Nadia is deeply committed to creating sustainable business value, empowering her teams, and inclusion & diversity in the industry and particularly supporting women in STEM.
