Mat'as Muchnick is the CEO and co-founder of NotCo, one of the fastest-growing foodtech companies in LATAM. He was born in Chile, before founding NotCo in 2015 at 27 years old, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and a Master of Science in Finance from Universidad de Chile and consolidated part of his business education by working at JP Morgan in Hong Kong.
