She started her career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she worked for 10+ leading CPGs and retailers, before joining Five Seasons Ventures as an investor in plant-based startups, where she led the raise of a ‚¬180M impact fund. Most recently, she conducted the largest French crowdfunding round as Chief of Staff at La Vie Foods, Europe's largest scale-up in plant-based pork.
