Franz, Co-Founder and CEO of AIPERIA, is responsible for Business Development and Sales. Growing up in his father's supermarket, he learned firsthand how poor planning can lead to significant food waste. Franz earned a master's degree in business informatics, specializing in the application of AI in small and medium-sized enterprises. He continued his research as a research assistant at the University of Würzburg, where he developed the first prototype of AIPERIA as part of his thesis, showcasing the solution's enormous potential from the outset.
