Chiara Cecchini leads Commercialization at Savor, focusing on the company’s go-to-market strategy, including business development, sales, marketing, brand and communications. She was previously Executive Director and Founder of Future Food Americas working with Fortune 500 food and beverage companies to drive innovation aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Chiara serves on the boards of the nonprofit Future Food Institute and Food for Climate League, both of which seek to make climate-smart eating the norm. She previously lectured on sustainable business and innovation at San Francisco State University, was a researcher at the Department of Food Science and Technology at UC Davis and was recognized as one of Forbes’s “30 Under 30 Europe for Social Entrepreneurship.“ In her free time, she enjoys family, beekeeping and writing poetry.
