Alice Ravenscroft is Head of Policy at the Good Food Institute Europe, a nonprofit and think tank building a more sustainable food system by diversifying protein production. She leads a team working in the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy and Brussels to secure evidence-based policy and public research funding for alternative proteins. Alice has a background working in the UK government, having previously worked on the UK's carbon budgets and Net Zero strategy, and at the Cabinet Office.
